First of all, I was practically RAISED on cucumber and cream cheese sandwiches. They were in my lunch every day instead of PB&amp;Js, and my mom still makes them on occasion! The one variation I&#039;d suggest trying is sprinkling pieces of fresh dill--instead of parsley--on the cream cheese under the cucumbers. It&#039;s really yummy.
