Hi guys!

First of all, I was practically RAISED on cucumber and cream cheese sandwiches. They were in my lunch every day instead of PB&Js, and my mom still makes them on occasion! The one variation I’d suggest trying is sprinkling pieces of fresh dill–instead of parsley–on the cream cheese under the cucumbers. It’s really yummy.
